Professor Palacio is an Argentinean culinary maestro and will provide his signature theatrical delivery methods in costume... One of the many Uber DJs will be on hand to select chilled 'music to eat to' when these guys aren't up on stage... after 10pm the Underbelly dancer hits the floor signalling a 'change in phase'... from then on it's Uber DJs & VJs till the early hours...
