Professor Palacio is an Argentinean culinary maestro and will provide his signature theatrical delivery methods in costume... Seeming his background incorporates performance art, hosting events, Argentinean Asado BBQs and occasional TV appearances, this role is perfect and he'll ensure all who attend are welcomed and comfortable...
The menu will vary each week and punters will be able to choose what they like and spend as much or as little as they like using affordably priced DIM YUM FOOD CARDS purchased at the door or the bar, and able to be carried over week to week. One of the many Uber DJs will be on hand to select chilled 'music to eat to' when these guys aren't up on stage... after 10pm the Underbelly dancer hits the floor signalling a 'change in phase'... from then on it's Uber DJs & VJs till the early hours...
